Cheekily I called maybe a bit too early. Steve said he could attend same day which when an emergency breakdown remedy is needed on a very cold day was awesome.He gave me a courtesy call to state time of attending which meant I didn’t have to wait around due to other commitments. His knowledge of the industry and mindset meant he was rapid in the repair which when-in an industry notorious for expensive repairs was peace of mind. He contacted the manufacturer of the boiler and arranged a warranty call-out as the boiler components were still covered. He could have quite easily done the repairs himself and pocketed the difference. Honesty and integrity is the name of the game with this company.
